UTalk Father’s Day Three-point Play

June continues to be a special month for UTalkers as we celebrated Father’s Day on June 15, 2018. The activities prepared for this celebration was summed up as “Father’s Day, Three-point Play”. The said three-point play was actually in the form of a triple treat for our UTalk dads – Free Massage, Special Tokens and “Who’s the Father?” trivia contest.

The day started with the free massage exclusively for dads and single parents. This is to provide them with a much deserved help in easing the tension from their bodies after a week’s worth of work. UTalk got the services of some of Baguio’s expert blind masseuses who also happened to be fathers themselves. They shared stories with UTalk dads, about their experiences as masseuses at the same time as dads, while they performed the massage. Seeing them enjoying their father-to-father chat was indeed heart-warming.

Another special treat for dads came via the awarding of the exclusive “UTalk Best Dad Ever” key chains. These served as simple tokens that will remind them that their unwavering support for their family, their continuous hard work to provide for their kids, and their many other sacrifices are much appreciated by the their UTalk family. This, along with the hope that they remain steadfast in their dedication to be the best dads their kids can ever have.

For the remainder of the day, UTalkers were given equal opportunity to join the “Who’s the Father?” trivia contest carried out via Dingtalk. One trivia question was posted every hour and whoever got to provide the correct answer first, got to win for themselves special prizes. There were 9 UTalkers who got lucky and won in the hourly trivia contest.

It was indeed a fun-filled celebration and we can all look forward to more upcoming activities that will not only celebrate special occasions but also feature employees' special skills and talents. It will surely be a busy year for UTalkers!
